For more than 24 years Bob worked as an independent insurance broker.
He built a Million dollar book of business from scratch - 2 times, once in California and once in Oregon.
Additionally, Bob served as a Sales Manager, successfully validating 100% of his producers.
Due to his success, Bob was invited in to become a Shareholder of the Agency. During his tenure, the agency was the largest independent insurance agency in Oregon.
The agency sold in 2018.

After the sale of the agency, Bob pivoted to became an agency leadership consultant, sales trainer, and sales coach.
His focus is on elevating agencies through improving sales performance, training confident salespeople, building sales systems, implementing sales strategies, and unlocking untapped growth.

Bob lives in Oregon with his wife Danielle and his three teenage boys. It is a household full of activity - and loud noises.
Bob is an active volunteer in his church and a firm believer in Men’s Ministry.
He also is a die hard Minnesota sports fan - so he understands the pain of losing in the most heartbreaking ways possible.
